01

Exploratory Briefing Conversations

We begin with one or two exploratory conversations to clarify the project scope, underlying challenges, and strategic objectives. These sessions help establish a shared understanding of priorities and expected outcomes.

02

Action Plan

Based on this alignment, we develop a structured roadmap with clear milestones, timelines, and responsibilities ensuring focus and transparency from the start.

03

Project Kick-Off

Once the roadmap is approved, the formal project engagement begins.

04

Implementation

We collaborate closely throughout the implementation phase, continuously reflecting on insights and progress against agreed milestones and KPIs.

05

Follow-Up

After completion, we remain available to support follow-up steps and ensure lasting impact.

Enhancing the Functionality of Ethics Committees Across Sectors

We supported a leading European university hospital in identifying key requirements for the functionality of ethics committees. The project examined practices across healthcare, finance, and research sectors to develop a cross-sectoral framework for ethical governance in practice.

Approach

Using a three-phase mixed-methods design, we combined:

  • A Questionnaire to assess committee functions and operational processes

  • Focus group discussions to explore shared practices and sector-specific challenges

  • In-depth interviews to further explore and refine insights

This approach offered an in-depth exploration of how ethics committees operate in different institutional contexts and what structures support their functionality.

Outcome

The project defined key requirements to guide the design, evaluation, and implementation of ethics committees across sectors. The findings help organizations strengthen ethical decision-making, enhance transparency, and embed accountability in governance structures.

Developing a Strategic Roadmap for Continuous Organizational Learning

We supported a mid-sized German FinTech organization in developing a strategic roadmap to strengthen its customer-centric orientation and establish a continuous organizational learning cycle. The aim was to enable the company to adapt its strategic direction dynamically in line with evolving customer needs and market developments.

Approach

As an initial step, we conducted a 360-degree assessment of the company’s existing knowledge management practices. This involved:

  • Focus group workshops with all leaders to gather strategic insights and identify key learning priorities

  • In-depth interviews with selected executives to deepen and contextualize the workshop results

  • Focus group discussions with employees from different departments to cross-check findings and capture operational perspectives

This comprehensive exploration revealed how knowledge is currently shared across the organization and where learning bottlenecks exist.

Outcome

Building on these insights, we developed a multi-phase action plan with defined milestones to be implemented over the coming years. The plan sets out practical steps to:

  • Strengthen cross-departmental knowledge flows

  • Integrate customer feedback into strategic planning

  • Foster a self-updating learning culture within the organization

The resulting roadmap provides a clear structure for ongoing strategic development and ensures that learning processes continuously inform the company’s growth and customer focus.

Leadership & Responsibility in Organizations

We supported a Dutch business association in strengthening responsible leadership and embedding value-based decision-making in daily practice. The project explored how leaders translate responsibility into action and foster integrity, trust, and accountability across organizations.

Approach

The project followed a mixed-methods design combining quantitative and qualitative research:

  • A survey assessed awareness of responsibility, leadership values, and perceptions of organizational integrity across sectors.

  • In-depth interviews provided deeper insights into leaders’ motivations, moral reasoning, and the practical challenges of responsible decision-making.

This dual approach offered both an empirical overview and a nuanced understanding of how leadership and responsibility interact in practice.

Outcome

The study developed a framework defining the core dimensions of responsible leadership and the conditions that foster integrity-driven cultures. Key findings emphasize aligning personal and corporate values, transparent communication, and space for reflection and accountability. The results show how evidence-informed consulting helps organizations turn responsibility and values into sustainable leadership practices.
