Our Stories
Founded by Tuğba Arık, RISE - Arik & Partners operates as a flexible collective of independent consultants and experts. This model enables us to assemble project-specific teams with the right expertise – agile, strategic, and purpose-driven.
Tuğba Arık is an independent consultant in Responsible Leadership, Innovation and Organizational Development. Educated in Psychology and Business Administration at the University of Twente and trained in Systemic Organizational Consulting at Humboldt University Berlin, she has worked with institutions such as Charité Berlin, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Saxion University of Applied Sciences and Aalto University, and collaborated in projects with partners including Rabobank and VNO-NCW to advance ethical, innovative, and trust-based leadership for a sustainable future.
